Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data that LENZ FINLAND IN LATAM ("Lenz Latam", "we") holds about you in connection with Cocos Platform ("the Service") — including data obtained through Facebook, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn integrations.

1. What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, role, organization).
• Authentication credentials managed via Amazon Cognito.
• OAuth tokens and any cached data obtained from connected accounts (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Google Calendar, LinkedIn profile/posts).
• Content you submitted to the Service (prompts, documents, knowledge base entries, conversations).
• Usage logs and analytics that identify you.

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked to you may be retained.

2. How to request deletion

Option A — Self-service from your account

1. Sign in at app.cocosagents.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

Option B — Email request

Send an email to privacy@cocosagents.com with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• The email address associated with your Cocos Platform account.
• If applicable, the connected social account (e.g., your Facebook user ID or LinkedIn profile URL) so we can locate any data tied to that connection.

3. Disconnecting a Facebook / Instagram integration

If you only want to revoke Cocos Platform's access to your Facebook or Instagram account (without deleting your Cocos account), you can do so directly from Facebook:

1. Open facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find Cocos Platform in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove.

This revokes the OAuth tokens. Cocos will also receive a deauthorization callback and clear any cached data tied to that connection within 24 hours.

4. Data we may retain after deletion

We may retain the following for the period required by law or our legitimate interests:

• Billing and tax records (5 years, Mexican Tax Code).
• Audit logs of administrative actions on the Service (12 months).
• Information required to defend legal claims, comply with court orders, or prevent fraud.
